María Jesús Pérez Ruiz

María Jesús Pérez Ruiz has a degree in Chemistry with a specialty in Analytical Chemistry from the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM). He has the Certificate of Professionalism as Head of Highway Maintenance (COEX).

He has extensive training in technical building regulations and construction materials. He expanded his academic training in 2009 with the completion of the ‘Master in Environmental Management in the Construction sector‘, taught by the University of Santiago de Compostela and the Construction Labor Foundation (FLC). He is currently studying the ‘Master in Occupational Risk Prevention‘ taught by the Rey Juan Carlos University and the IOE Business School.

For more than twelve years she has been the Quality and Environment Coordinator within a large Spanish multinational construction, engineering, concessions, and services and energy group, where she has implemented, audited, and supervised a wide variety of projects of Quality Management and Management Systems. Environmental based on the international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, collaborating decisively with the maintenance of the associated certifications year after year.

Throughout her professional career, María Jesús has specialized in carrying out internal audits, the implementation of ISO Management Systems, as well as in the analysis of compliance with technical and regulatory requirements, performing these tasks in companies active in various sectors and for both public and private clients.
