Cuevas & Montoto Consultores is to help Maestranza Medical Centre to obtain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality standard

Cuevas & Montoto Consultores has recently reached an agreement with the Maestranza Medical Centre, whereby it will provide consulting support to obtain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management certification in its Radiology Service.

With the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality standard, this private health centre is committed to applying a service quality standard in its Radiology Service that is higher than that set out in the legal and contractual provisions that currently require it. In addition, obtaining this international ISO certification will allow Maestranza Medical Centre to demonstrate to its clients (patients) that it strives to continuously improve its internal processes, and that one of its main objectives is that the services it provides in the Radiology department always meet their needs.

This work represents a new consultancy project for Cuevas & Montoto Consultores for an organisation in the personal health and well-being sector, following the contract that it has maintained for several years with Arthrex Spain through which we provide the necessary consultancy support to obtain and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management) certifications with scope to cover all the activities they carry out, in addition to helping them keep the applicable Legal Requirements Matrix updated; as well as the work most recently signed with Intercentros Ballesol to help them prepare a Legal Risk and Criminal Compliance Matrix applicable in the Care Centres for Dependent Elderly People that they manage in Spain.

With this new contract, Cuevas & Montoto Consultores expands its portfolio of private clients, and launches a new Quality Management and Process Improvement consultancy project. In addition, it does so with a vocation for continuity, since the signed agreement contemplates the possibility of providing support for the maintenance of the ISO 9001 certification once it has been obtained, a service that can be extended from year to year, with the additional option of extending it to other medical services provided at the centre.
