Cuevas & Montoto Consultores is to help Cooltra France to calculate and verify its 2023 Carbon Footprint using ISO 14064-1 standard

Cuevas & Montoto Consultores has recently signed a new contract with Cooltra Scooter Sharing France SARL (Cooltra France) by which we will help them to calculate the Carbon Footprint of their activities in the city of Paris during 2023, in addition to helping them to verify it by a certification body before the end of the first half of 2024.

A team of specialist consultants from Cuevas & Montoto will be in charge of making the calculations and justifications necessary to present Cooltra France’s first annual Inventory of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions and removals, corresponding to the year 2023. To do this, we will follow the international standard ISO 14064-1 and the annual inventory obtained will then be verified by a renowned independent external entity with presence in France.

This milestone will be a first step for Cooltra France in its goal to calculate and subsequently reduce and offset its annual carbon footprint each year, in line with the sustainability strategy of the Cooltra group, based in Barcelona, Spain.

This new contract with Cooltra France consolidates Cuevas & Montoto Consultores as an advisor specialized in the calculation, verification, reduction and compensation of the carbon footprint in companies in the service sector, after the contract signed in 2019 in this area with APK Gestión de Aparcamientos (APK2).
